I searched for Neurofeedback training to treat my insomnia. And I have to say that this therapy exceeded my expectations. It was not only the first thing in two years that helped me with my debilitating sleep disorder but also had plentiful other effects like intrinsic calm, sharp focus, increased productivity and general mood-lifting. In Berlin, there is definitely no better practicioner than Denys- so don't think twice to try this out.

I've done close to 5 training sessions so far with Denys. He does a great job helping you understand and feel comfortable with the process. You are able to see and review the changes in your brain waves and see firsthand your progress. I've felt significant changes and improvements in my daily life even after just 5 sessions. I'm looking forward to more training sessions and would highly recommend working with Denys.
