Schlechte Beratung der Angestelt J. Fritz… am Schalter im FraPort (Frankfurt Main). Wollte das billigste Ticket doch die „Dame“ hatte mir ein überteuerte Businessticket verkauft. Achtung abzocke!

They lie and say their prices are the same as the airlines, but all their prices are literally 10x more than actual prices direct with the airlines. Huge scam. The agent was pushy to get me to purchase so I wouldn't look up the real prices. Ultimately the agent told me that she doesn't know why the prices are so high when I confronted her with proof of the difference (after I had time to research) but she would not give me a detailed receipt of the fees that were being charged that would warrant a difference of $3000. Lesson learned, buy direct from the airline and don't trust travel companies like this regardless of if they have a counter at the airport. Ruined my experience in Frankfurt by far.

Musste dringend fliegen. Ganz unkompliziert innerhalb von 3 Minuten alles organisiert.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Should have walked away when she told me that I had to pay in cash! Took advantage of our misfortune. After a horrible experience with massive lines at Eurowings that caused us to miss our flight the Lufthansa agent walked us over to a travel agent (no doubt he and the woman at that counter took a cut). Charged me €1100 CASH for tickets that I could have purchased on my own for €500 directly through the airline. My mistake and one I’ll have to live with. Stay away and don’t do the same.

Due to bereavement in my family , I had to urgently travel back to Delhi, India on 2 Nov 2022. After knowing my situation, The agent at Frankfurt Airport provided me the best possible offer and all help required to ensure my travel (only possible option was via Emirates at that time). Even Emirates persons were surprised how he booked everything so quick for me .God bless him and I would like to thank Suntop team from the core of my heart.
