The check-in process is absolutely horrendous. They already overcharge for a ticket, and then want to charge more to pick a seat? Further, then they want you to donate money to their charity for them, so they can claim the tax deduction, and then they want you to pay extra for them to be able to put out PR of sustainable fuel. This all smells of extortion.When I booked my ticket, I had two hours to make my connecting flight. Before my trip they changed my flight, and now there's only an hour between landing and departure of my connection. It takes twenty minutes to get off the plane and to the terminal, then another twenty just to walk through the airport and get through security. I will NEVER use Bad Airways again. The only redeeming factor is their on board service is decent. Here I thought United was horrible. BA is a thousand times worse.

Péssimo atendimento. Não possuem atendimento, que é tercerizado. O balcão de check in não ajuda em nada. Se vc perder o vôo, estará sem assistência.

Cancelaron mi vuelo y nadie, absolutamente nadie supo, pudo o quiso ayudarme.

Understaffed, no self service. Awful.
