Unprofessional - Poor Packaging Lead to DamagesDo not buy from this seller. It's not worth the headache. I purchased eight very sturdy Bruno Rey chairs, but they were packaged so poorly that one from each box of four arrived broken. They were wrapped in plastic wrap and placed into the cardboard box loose to move around with no padding. Hasan-Mert gave 2 solutions:1) I could pay to ship them back to him to fix but I had to pay the international shipping (shipping from the US is more than the chairs' value). And one is irreparably damaged so the idea that he can 'fix' it sounds make me wonder if the chair was already broken before he sent it to me.2) I could buy more chairs from him at a lower price.He said the shipping company denied the insurance claim, but I don't believe he ever filed. I asked and he avoided my question. There were many other issues, including communication and delayed shipping. Do not throw your money away.

I Found Ambiente HM on Instagram searching a rareish set of mcm chairs. I didn’t see too many reviews so was a bit hesitant purchasing from someone overseas knowing there’s a lot of factors that could go wrong. However everything went very well! Not only was he very responsive, he answered my questions, was knowledgeable, and the price for the chairs were very fair. Shipping took about 3 months, which during the pandemic that’s not too long to wait for furniture. They arrived well packaged and protected for their journey to the US. The company used to ship the chairs were extremely communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. I am beyond thrilled with our Alberto rosselli Confidential chairs they make my space so unique, comfy, and complete! Highly highly recommend purchasing from Ambiente-HM I will not hesitate to snag more amazing finds from him in the future.
