I am a new student at the international school of Augsburg and from what I have experienced I believe that this school is a very good and welcoming place for Germans and people from other places of the globe.Generally the food in the cafeteria is probably one of the best I have seen for a cafeteria.They have a balanced mix between veggies and Meats and carbohydrates.They offer a vegetarian menu and a normal menu.The cafeteria is quite compact with 60+ students in a area that is maybe 17m long and 7m wide.To help with the learning of students the school uses chrome books, however unlike other schools they don’t let their students take them home until high school.There are about 2 tests per trimester.The school offers a wide arrange of subjects. From the basic Math, Science, English and Humanities. To some extra subjects such as Arts, Physical education, Wellbeing and even a time for people to catch up on homework, that subject is called learning skills. As a extra there are Spanish and German for kids to learn and improve their understand of the languages.One the cons of the school is their outside area. They have a small con rear basket ball Court, a court for tennis which they have turned Into a football and basketball court, a small tree and forest area and a small front yard.The school offers a IB program for high school which is a very elite program.It doesn’t cost much to study.Overall this school is a good option if you want your kids to learn in a elite school and finish their IB.
