Honestly, this is one of the best car dealerships I've been to in all of my travels. I haven't purchased a car yet from here, but I have dealt with the service department on multiple occasions, and for things that aren't typical.The location is very clean and inviting. It's large and looks modern and well organized. It's well laid out and it's in a pretty good location that has enough parking, even if that may be on the street.There's lots of vehicles on display in various configurations, and not just the most expensive versions with all the options tacked on. That's really nice.The reception desk is very nice and helpful and doesn't get in the way of people just coming to look at new cars like some sales places do. I'm sure the sales experience is also very good here with equally competitive pricing.The service department is definitely wonderful and very quick. You do need an appointment usually given the amount of vehicles they service, but generally on your appointment, you can expect fast service. There's even really nice loaner vehicles if that's required. If you've purchased your vehicle here, the loaners are also free to you, which is great. (This is not true at all German dealers).Lastly, management at this location is excellent. Mr. Czigalla (i believe this is how you spell his name) is very helpful, courteous, and professional. He goes above and beyond what you would expect for a dealership and does his utmost to help you in anyway he can, irrespective of how busy he may personally be. This alone makes the place 5 stars.If you're looking for a jeep dealer and/or service center around this area, you will not be disappointed here. 5 stars.
