Europcar

Used to have around 40 car rentals a year on business prior to COVID 19. Did not use Europcar a lot.This time, on a trip to Poland, they had a car available when I needed it.Probably this station is operated by the friendliest people around, my experience both picking up and returning the vehicle was outstanding. Smiling, approachable, a little chat and questions on what I needed make me recommend Europcar at Krakow Airport to any traveller in need of a reliable car hiring company.

Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić tę wypożyczalnię każdemu. Czy to prywatnie, czy w celach służbowych. Świetna obsługa. Duża flota samochodów. Dużo udogodnień dla Klientów.

Sehr freundlich, professionell und super Service

Aufgrund einiger negativer Bewertungen waren wir -um ehrlich zu sein- schon ein wenig skeptisch.Diese war aber unbegründet.Da wir das Fahrzeug bei Europcar über Eurowings gebucht hatten, haben wir anstelle des Premium-Versicherungsschutz (direkt bei Europcar) eine Zusatz-Versicherung bei der AXA abgeschlossen. Hierfür war dann die Hinterlegung einer Kaution iHv 1.500 PLN notwendig.Das Auto war neuwertig und in Ordnung. Frühere Mängel bzw. kleinere Beschädigungen waren bereits notiert, der Service freundlich. Zudem war es überhaupt kein Problem, sowohl die Fahrzeugübernahme wie auch -rückgabe mit einem Europcar-Mitarbeiter durchzuführen.Wir waren zufrieden.

EUROPCAR, uwaga na tą firmę. Nie polecam.Odbiór samochodu nastąpił z godz8nnym opóźnieniem, bo panom się zapomniało....Uważać na pozostawione rzeczy w samochodzie. W dniu oddania samochodu pan z Europcar z Krakowa potwierdził że okulary się znalazły, A po dwóch miesiącach zniknęły i nigdy ich nie odzyskałam. Oczywiste jest że ktoś z zalogi Europcar sobie te okulary sprezentował...

I booked my Europcar rental through EasyJet. I use Europcar regularly in Italy and booked through EasyJet for convenience. EasyJet changed the flight time but they did not change the rental pick up. I arrived at the counter and Europcar would not help. They said we have to wait until our original pick up. They say there is nothing they can do. I struggle to believe that. It’s a poor customer experience to have a customer waiting for hours. I booked because it was Europcar. The reality is booking through partner makes you a second class citizen and Europcar are not interested in helping or problem solving. I will think twice about using Europcar again, especially if I have options and I definitely will not book a car through EasyJet again.****Thank you I received your email why you have tried to explain your point of view. However the facts remain the same. Europcar made no effort to resolve the situation and I have told you the same in my response.

A wonderful service experience since the rental in Blu Radisson, Warsaw to the return in Krakow airport. Professional, quality and pleasant staff. Thank you

Everything was great, as always. Need to mention that I use full insurance. Often they offer free car upgrade to premium class. Team in the airport office is professional and welcoming. I can only recommend!
